Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience?

Not at all, lovely. Each pathway starts gently with the foundations and builds step by step. Your "Start Here" roadmap shows you which course to begin with.

How long do I have to finish?

Every course is self-paced, so you can learn around your life. [ACCESS PERIOD, e.g. "You keep access for 12 months" or "You keep access for as long as the courses are available"]

Can I see clients when I finish?

Every course includes your Asiya Certificate of Completion, through a filmed practical assessment with personal feedback from me. For Whole Body Massage and Reflexology, most insurers ask for IICT-recognised certification before you see paying clients, and that requires my optional 2-day face-to-face workshop ($350 per course, Southport, Gold Coast). For other courses, please check with your insurer. Before seeing paying clients, always arrange professional insurance and check the requirements where you live and work. Certificates reflect completion of training, not a government licence.

How does the practical assessment work?

At the end of each course you'll film yourself giving a treatment or session to a willing friend or family member and upload it. I'll watch it with care and send you personal feedback. There's no pass or fail pressure, only growth. For Whole Body Massage and Reflexology, you can choose the optional face-to-face workshop instead, if you'd like IICT-recognised certification.

Is Reiki II or Reiki Master included?

Pathway B includes Reiki I, with a distance attunement included, or an optional in-person attunement day on the Gold Coast ($180). Reiki II and Reiki Master are taken separately once you're ready, and your Reiki Master attunement is completed face to face.

Can I pay in instalments?

* Yes. At checkout you can choose Afterpay to pay in 4 interest-free payments, every two weeks. Afterpay is available to eligible customers in Australia, and approval and spending limits are set by Afterpay. Late fees may apply if a payment is missed. Please read Afterpay's terms before you choose it.

Can I get a refund?

Because you receive instant access to all of the course materials, I don't offer refunds if you change your mind. Please reach out before you enrol if you have any questions, and I'll gladly help you choose. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Read the full refund policy.
