Refund policy

Thank you for choosing to learn with Asiya Sanctuary. This policy explains what happens if something isn't right with your course. If you have any questions before you enrol, please email me at [email protected]. I'm always happy to help you choose the right course or pathway.

Change of mind

Our courses are digital, and you receive instant access to all of the course materials as soon as you enrol. For this reason, we don't offer refunds if you change your mind, decide a course isn't right for you, or don't have time to complete it.

Please read the course description carefully before you enrol, and reach out if you're unsure about anything.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our courses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

• Major problem: if a course is significantly different from how it was described, or you can't access it because of a fault on our side that we can't fix within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a refund, or another course of equal value if you'd prefer.
• Minor problem: we'll fix it within a reasonable time.

Technical issues

If you have trouble logging in or viewing a lesson, please email [email protected] first. Most issues can be fixed quickly, and I'll reply within 3 business days.

Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all of your instalments. If a payment fails, access to your course may be paused until your payments are up to date.

Sharing course content

Course materials are protected by copyright and are for your personal use only. Sharing your login, or copying, distributing or reselling course content, is a breach of our Student Agreement. If this happens, we may remove your access without a refund.

Group workshops and attunement days

If you need to change your date, please give at least 7 days' notice and we'll find a new date together, at no extra cost. If you give less than 7 days' notice, or miss your session, you can move to a new date once, at no charge. After that, your booking can't be moved again.

Private 1:1 practical workshop

Because this day is reserved just for you, please give at least 7 days' notice if you need to change your date, and we'll find a new one together, once, at no charge. If you give less than 7 days' notice, or don't attend, you can move to a new date once for a $150 rebooking fee. After that, your booking can't be refunded or moved again. If you have a genuine emergency, please let me know as soon as you can and we'll work something out.

If I need to change a session

If I ever need to cancel or move a face-to-face session, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
